Shrimp Empadinhas

Ingredients
1 Pound Fresh Shrimp
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Small Onion -- Chopped
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Medium Eggs
1 Can Tomato Paste
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Cayenne -- To Taste
1 Can Palm Hearts
Olives -- For Garnish
 

Place shrimp in cold water and bring to a boil, let simmer til done, drain and reserve. Saute onion in butter for 10 minutes, add milk and flour. Beat eggs and pour in a little of the hot milk mixture and then add to the pan. Add tomoto paste, chopped shrimp and chopped palm hearts. Cook until mixture willl hold it&rsquo,s shape. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne, remove from heat and cool. Place two tablespoons of filling, inside dough and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Garnish with olives and eggs.
