Brazilian Holiday Chicken

Ingredients
3 cup Chicken, chopped in 1"
    Pieces
1 lrg Onion, sliced
1 1/2 x Green bell peppers, diced
1 x Red bell pepper, diced
3 cl Garlic, chopped
1/2 x Bay leaf
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Dried oregano
2 can (15z) no salt added tomato
    Sauce
1 can (15z) water
1 tbl Lemon juice
5 cup Celery, chopped
 

Cook all ingredients except celery 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add celery and cook until crisp tender, about 25 minutes.
Variation: Serve with brown rice.
